Q. How do I order?
A. We accept order via

II) Email – Send us your order to email@example.com
III) Fax – Download the order form and fax it to 6323 5375
Q. Is there any minimum order?
A. Yes, there is a minimum order of $70
Q. Do I need to order in advance?
A. Yes, please order at least 1 day in advance.
Q. Can I make an urgent (same day) delivery order?
A. Yes you can, however, it is subjected to availability.
Q. How do I know that my order is confirmed?
A. All confirmed order will receive an invoice from us, either through email or fax.
Q. What if I want to change or cancel my order?
A. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate requests for changes or cancellations as long as we receive it before the order have been sent out or prepared for delivery.
Q. Is there any delivery charge?
A. Yes, $12 surcharge applies for every delivery order, however delivery is free for orders above $120.
Q. When can you deliver?
A. We deliver from 9am till 9pm.
Q. Is there any area restriction for delivery?
A. No, we deliver to all places in Singapore.
Q. How are the foods packed?
A. The foods are packed in microwavable paper boxes and transported in a specially customized bag with an internal heating element, to make sure that our restaurant delivers piping hot and fresh food to our customers.
Q. How to make payment?
A. Payment can be by cash or cheque (payable to Yum Cha Restaurant Pte Ltd) upon delivery.
Q. Can I pay by credit card or nets?
A. Yes you can, but you have to come down to the restaurant to do the payment before delivery.
